Questions and Answers

  • The International Executive MBA is a 22-month program designed for Ukrainian business owners and C-level executives who are transforming their businesses in Ukraine or expanding into international markets, and who aim to minimize mistakes and keep their companies and teams on track for global growth.

  • The International Executive MBA is designed for experienced executives and focuses on developing a leader’s strategic and technological thinking, working with complex business systems, and making management decisions at the organizational and international market levels.
    The MBA program is designed for executives who are currently developing and refining the managerial and entrepreneurial competencies necessary for structuring business processes or advancing their careers.

  • The program is held in person at the KSE Dragon Capital Building in Kyiv. Classes take place once a month over a four-day period: from Thursday through Sunday. 

  • The International Executive MBA is taught in both Ukrainian and English, as 40% of the faculty consists of visiting international lecturers and business professionals from business schools in Europe and the United States.
    The required level of English proficiency for the program is B2 (Upper Intermediate).

  • To apply for the International Executive MBA program, you must:
    1. Complete the application form and submit your documents;
    2. Take a subject-specific exam and an English language interview;
    3. Receive confirmation of your admission to the program;
    4. Begin your studies in May 2026.
    A KSE GBS manager will guide you through every step of the process to make your admission as convenient and straightforward as possible.

  • 20–25 students.

  • Students must notify program managers at least one day in advance if they are unable to attend a class. Attendance affects the grading of individual courses, so frequent absences may lower your final grade or result in failure to pass the course.
    Recordings of all classes are stored in students’ personal accounts on the Moodle platform.

  • The faculty of the International Executive MBA program consists of business professionals who work in the Ukrainian and global markets, make key decisions within their companies, and share their expertise and experience. Forty percent of the faculty are invited from business schools in Europe, the United States, and Canada.
    The curriculum is built around real-world management dilemmas that do not have a single “right answer” and may involve the students’ own management cases. The student is an active co-creator of the solution, while the instructor serves as a facilitator of thinking.

  • In the event of an air raid alert, students and faculty will proceed to the shelter in the KSE Dragon Capital Building and continue their classes there. The KSE premises are equipped with generators and have a constant internet connection.
